Open Microsoft Authenticator (or Google Authenticator) on your phone, choose Add account › Other, then Enter code manually and type this key. Name it "Perigon Console".
On this phone with the app installed? Open the app directly.
Open your authenticator app and type the 6-digit code for Perigon Console.
